CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AND LETS

The accommodation let is to be used for the sole purpose of a holiday and the hirer shall not sub-let the premises or any part thereof.
BOOKINGS:  Provisional bookings will be accepted by telephone, but must be confirmed by returning a completed booking form, together with a deposit of £100 per week, within seven days.  The balance of the rent must be paid not less than six weeks before commencement of the let.
PARTY SIZE:  The number of people occupying the property must not exceed the maximum number stated on the booking form unless prior arrangement has been made with the owners.  The hirer of the property shall undertake to prevent any member of his party from causing a nuisance or disturbance to the other residents and to ensure that the property is left secure when unoccupied.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:  The property will be ready for occupation after 4pm on the day of arrival and tenants are asked to vacate the premises by 10am on the day of departure.
BREAKAGES AND CLEANING:  The tenant will keep the property and all furniture, equipment and fitments in or on the property in the like state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at commencement of the letting and will make good any damage, breakage or loss that may occur during the period of letting.
INSURANCE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION:  We would strongly advise you to insure against the risk of losing your deposit or full payment, as, in the event of a cancellation, the deposit or monies paid in full are non-refundable under any circumstances.  
It is advisable to insure against the risk of losing the whole rent, should circumstances make it impossible for you to take your holiday as planned.  SEE THE ENCLOSED LEAFLET.
